TXP SCPFlex is similar to TXP Flex but has the addition of a horizontal navbar developed by SCPanther in collaboration with Phu.
The download here only includes the extras necessary to install the navbar so you must first have installed TXP Flex available above. I have made no other changes to the install so you will have to make up your own mind what you keep in the sidebar and what you remove. You might even consider removing the sidebar completely if you have the appropriate CSS skills. (I may look at that myself so stay tuned.)
