Not a port but a style for the Textpattern Admin or “backend” as some like to call it.
After much prodding in the ribs from Matthew over at Squared Eye to produce a “branded” admin interface for him I continued to work on the resulting design until I ended up with what you see above.
I started with Dan Hoy’s interpretation which I liked because of it’s bolder presentation and lack of images and just kept going from there.
I’ve added the select box back into the header.
The login details and logout button at the top can be set to “display: none;” if you don’t want them and the same items in the footer are commented-out so you can bring them back.
The site name in the graphic is set to pick up the site_name directly from your install. If you prefer, you can create a logo to place in the /theme/a_bit_blue2 directory and the CSS for using it is included but commented-out.
With one or two exceptions all the major modifications are placed at the bottom of the CSS as “over-rides” so if you don’t like something you can comment it out and bring back the original styling.
This style requires Textpattern 4.2.0 or above.
There is a Change Log over at Textgarden.
As far as I can tell it works in FF3, Safari4 (Win), Opera 10, Google Chrome and IE8. (IE6 and IE7 users really ought to upgrade. Microsoft has gone to the trouble of producing a browser that actually works very well so use it. If you can’t be bothered then neither can I.)
There is probably other stuff I’ve forgotten to mention.
