Slimstat with PathStat
As I’ve written before I have Stephen Wettone’s SlimStat installed. It has recently had an upgrade which I now have and it has a rather marvellous little addition.
As is normal with upgrades there has been the usual bug squishing but alongside that Stephen has been working on being able to create and install plug-ins for the application. At the moment it is in a very basic form but he has also re-written PathStat as a plug-in and included it in the latest download. What an excellent addition this is!
If you click on the thumbnail you can see a full-sized screenshot of it in action. As you can see your visitors are segregated with some specific information about them in the title bar. This is then followed by a listing of the pages they viewed during their visit along with a time-stamp so you can see roughly how long they viewed the page. Any referrer is shown on the right and if that happens to be a search engine then hovering on it will show you the search terms used.
This is an excellent addition to an already well thought out stats application. It’s going to give Mint a very hard run for it’s money which I should remind you, for Mint, is $30.00 US.
