Hot

Well it’s gone hot again. High 70s low 80s. I’m not complaining but if it’s already hot in early June I shudder to think of what it will be like in a month’s time. It’s approaching midnight and I’m just about to eat my tea cuz I didn’t really fancy it earlier. Heat does that to you doesn’t it? Despite the time it’s still warm and I’m looking at the food. I must eat it.

I don't really know. It's probably because it's not contentious and we are so reserved. NOT. :hithead: We're the madest nation on earth but nobody will admit it. :snooty: Actually I think the reality is that we never had any weather before global warming and now, despite being one of the most northerly countries in Europe, our weather is as good, if not, better than the usual holiday destinations. It makes you feel sorry for all those people who have each spent 3 or 4 hundred pounds or more to go away only to get rained on. :boohoo: Does it buggery.

Well, you could go to Canada for the crappy stuff, if you realy miss it... he he he. But here on the West Coast, we are getting some killer sun after 3 weeks of grey, wet weather. Global warming only happens during the winter around here.

I have been to Canada. For extended periods as it happens. Eight feet of snow in April. Ninety degrees in May. No wonder the Canadians are so - well - Canadian.

I guess the question is: "What part of Canada and what time of year"?
