I thought it was a better title than “Football” which is probably rather common at the moment. Anyhow I managed to miss last night’s football match and this afternoon’s football match. I’ve watched loads of motorbike racing and the Le Mans 24hr race today and there are more motorbikes at midnight. In the football it’s England – France tonight and with a bit of luck I shall manage to miss that too. It’s not that I dislike football. I support England’s endeavours with all the national fervour I can muster but I just find it a bore to watch on TV. That’s coming from the man who is impatiently waiting for 6:00pm which is the start of the Canadian Grand Prix. Tut tut.
