This made my day.
It would seem that there is a dispute raging between a group of residents and their local council over rubbish collection.
The council have now informed the residents that if their “wheelie-bins” can’t be easily pulled using “two fingers” the bins will be deemed as “too heavy” and will not be emptied.
So that’s two fingers up to common sense then.
